FAQ

  • Do you provide fabric swatches before finalizing my order?

Yes, we offer a Sample Service (a prototype plus swatches) so you can see and feel the fabrics before committing to the final garment. Shipping is free worldwide.

  • How long does production typically take?

Lead times can vary depending on fabric availability and the complexity of your design. In general, prototypes take 1–2 weeks, and final garments can take an additional 2–4 weeks.

  • What if I have a tight deadline?

If you need your garment by a specific date, let us know as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but rush orders may incur an extra fee.

  • Can I return or exchange a custom piece?

Because each piece is custom-made, we typically don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, we’re happy to offer complimentary alterations if the fit isn’t right.

  • What if my garment doesn’t fit properly?

If the size you ordered turns out to be too large, we offer one free round of alterations. Simply ship the garment back to us, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments.

  • Who covers the shipping costs for alterations?

Typically, the customer is responsible for shipping the garment back to us. We’ll cover the shipping cost when returning the adjusted garment.
